Full Site Design (Top)
If you do not have a web site then we can create one for you. Depending on your requirements then we will tailor a package for you. This may be from a “one page” design to a “full commercial site”. We have the latest software for building web sites. The site can include: Basic Text, Animations, Digital Photography, Links, Video footage, Forms, e-mail, and even shopping baskets.
Site Makeovers (Top)
If on the other hand you do have a web site and you feel that it is not performing very well or looks “stagnant” then we can perform a makeover to enhance your site. Many companies and ISPs offer deals relating to free web space. These deals are essentially a marketing ploy and are not for commercial use. ISPs will monitor the level of traffic you are getting through your web space and when you have exceeded a certain level they will ask you to switch to a commercial service. They also place a high ratio of customers on each server clogging up the “bandwidth” thus giving a poor access performance. In this case we can switch you address to our server and perform the necessary makeover.
Web Maintenance (Top)
Generally speaking once you have your site up and running, we will systematically maintain the site for you. If you have a large commercial site will online ordering or shopping basket, then maintenance would be an ongoing procedure. Especially if you have product prices that are very sensitive and need updating or if you have a sight giving last minute deals.
Banner Creation (Top)
Banner creation can come in two forms. On your site we can create banners that are animated to catch the eye of the viewer thus creating a better awareness. If you want to link you site to another web site or visa versa then static banners are a very useful tool. We can ask for permission for you to link to other sites or brand names.

We have a large Mb web space that we use for all our commercial sites, enough at the moment for some 20,000 web pages. We also have a large bandwidth of 40,000 Mb giving approximately 2,000,000 hits per month. We do how ever monitor this and if required we have access to triple this if the need arises.
Domain Name Registration(Top)
You may have already registered you domain name. If not, then we strongly recommend that you register a name as soon as possible. Some 10,000 names are registered each week in the UK. Through our ISP we can register a domain name for you and also do the necessary checks to make sure that it is unique to you. We can search the following types of domain names:

- .ltd.uk for limited companies using their registered name
- .org.uk for UK based non profit making organisations

Search Engine Optimisation & Submission (Top)
To achieve successful search engine results , it is important to continue to submit your site on a regular basis. We use a variety of methods. Firstly, we hand submit your site to the top search directories and search engines. For example :- Google, Yahoo, Altavista, Webcrawler, Search UK, UK Directory, Excite, Hotbot, Infoseek, Lycos, Go.com, UK Index, Looksmart etc. We then use automated software tools that submit your site up to 1,000 other search engines. It may not be in your best interest to submit to 1,000 other search engines, so we will select those that we feel are most applicable to your business. We can offer reports on each search engine for each keyword you are targeting (optional).
e-business Solutions (Top)
e-business Solutions are mainly for sites that want online sales. This is where the customer can choose and purchase products on-line with secure credit card transactions and processing. We can provide a full web site with secure processing by authorised companies. Because these nominated companies charge for this service there would be an ongoing nominal monthly charge for this.
e-mail Systems (Top)
e-mail is now a very important communication medium, many would argue it is to be as essential as the phone in your office. We offer a complete dedicated mail/web sever system. Every web hosting account we provide comes with a mail server as standard allowing you to use e-mail as your domain name. e.g. yourname@yourcompanyname.co.uk. We then can provide you with an e-mail forwarder and auto-responder.
Site Tracking & Monitoring Tools (Top)
We track all of our sites on a regular basis, thus making full use of the search engines. We can provide full site statistics with various graphs and tables to help you determine how popular your site is with visitors. this includes individual pages and other details. An easy way to find out what to improve.
CD Replication (Top)
Once your site is up and running and you are happy with it, we can then burn onto CD your full site with all its relevant files, graphics and animations. You then have a hard copy of your site. This you can use for presentations or for whatever reason you may want. We must stress though that this is not because we may loose your site as we also have 1).A hard copy, 2).A backup on our local network and 3).A backup on our ISPs network. Full protection for you.
Internet Consultancy / Web Marketing & Consultation (Top)
You have unlimited Internet Consultancy when you host with us. We are only a phone call away. We operate on a 24 hour 7 days a week policy, whatever your problem or query. As mentioned before Web Marketing can be done in two ways. We have the capability to go through search engines with keywords, we can also use advertising directories, newsgroups, and as mentioned use banner advert exchanges to name but a few. But Traditional Marketing Methods still work very effectively, this can only be done by yourselves. Using the tools already around you, all stationary, including business cards and letterheads should display your domain name and e-mail address. Also any advertising should carry the domain name. This can be used to your advantage, because the advert can be smaller than your usual advert and simply carry your domain name in big print. Your web site will then act as an extension to that advert.
Digital Photography (Top)
If you have brochures that have graphics in them, then we have a full scanning service. In addition to this we can take digital photographs of most things, if this is not possible then we also have the capability to take conventional photographs and have those converted into a digital format
